The INA240 is a current sense amplifier with voltage output that can detect the voltage drop across a shunt resistor over a wide common-mode voltage range of -4V to 80V, independent of the supply voltage, thanks to its enhanced PWM rejection feature. Due to the negative common-mode voltage, the device can operate at potentials lower than ground and can accommodate the flyback period of standard solenoid applications. With enhanced PWM rejection, it suppresses large common-mode transient voltages (ΔV/Δt) at high levels in systems using pulse width modulation (PWM) signals. High Side/Low Side, Current Sense Comparator "INA301"

The INA301 is a high-speed, high-precision current sense amplifier with a built-in comparator and overcurrent protection functionality. It features a high common-mode current detection amplifier and a fast comparator, measuring the voltage that develops across a current sensing resistor or current shunt resistor, and detects overcurrent conditions by comparing the measured voltage with a defined threshold limit. The threshold range can be adjusted with a single external limit-setting resistor. The current shunt monitor can measure differential voltage signals with a common-mode voltage of 0V to 36V, regardless of the supply voltage. It has an open-drain alert output, which can be configured to operate in either transparent mode (output status follows input state) or latch mode (alert output is cleared when the latch is reset). With a response time of less than 1µs, it can quickly detect the occurrence of overcurrent. It operates with a single supply voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V, with a maximum supply current of 700µA. The INA302 is a high common-mode bidirectional current sense amplifier equipped with two high-speed comparators, capable of detecting out-of-range current conditions. It detects and responds to overcurrent conditions. Regardless of the supply voltage, it can measure differential voltage signals with a common-mode voltage ranging from -0.1V to 36V. The open-drain alert output can be configured to operate in transparent mode (where the output status follows the input state) or latch mode (where the alert output is cleared when the latch is reset). The alert response time for comparator 1 is less than 1µs, while the alert response for comparator 2 can be set in the range of 2µs to 10s using an external capacitor. It operates with a single supply voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V, with a maximum supply current of 950µA.
